What are your candles and diffusers made of?

Our candles are hand-poured using premium soy wax and fine fragrance oils. Each candle features a lead-free cotton wick for a clean, even burn. Our reed diffusers are crafted with an alcohol-free eco base and sophisticated fragrance blends inspired by luxury perfumery.

Are your products free from phthalates and parabens?

Yes. All Aera Aroma Atelier™ products are formulated without phthalates, parabens, or DPG. Our fragrances are VOC-compliant in all 50 U.S. states and made with biodegradable ingredients whenever possible.

Are your candles and diffusers safe around children and pets?

Our products are designed with safety in mind. However, we recommend keeping candles and diffusers out of reach of children and pets and ensuring proper ventilation when in use.

CANDLE & DIFFUSER CARE

How should I burn my candle properly?

Trim the wick to ¼ inch (6 mm) before each use. Let the first burn last 2–3 hours so the wax melts evenly to the edges. Keep candle free of any foreign materials, including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn candles on a level, fire-resistant surface. Never leave candle unattended. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children and pets.

How long should I burn container candle at once?

For optimal performance, burn your candle for 1–4 hours at a time. Burning it for less than one hour may cause tunneling, while longer burns may affect the candle’s overall performance.

My diffuser seems less fragrant — what should I do?

To refresh the scent, gently flip the reeds every 5–7 days. If the fragrance becomes noticeably lighter, you may rinse the reeds with water, allow them to dry completely, and place them back into the diffuser to restore diffusion.

What are frosting or wet spots on my candle?

Frosting and wet spots are natural characteristics of soy wax. These subtle variations may appear due to temperature changes or the wax’s natural crystallization process. They do not affect the candle’s fragrance, quality, or performance.

PRODUCT LONGEVITY

How long does one candle last?

Approximately 50–60 hours, depending on the candle size, room temperature, and how the candle is cared for. Regularly trimming the wick to about ¼ inch (6 mm) before each burn helps ensure a clean, even burn and can help extend the candle’s overall burn time.

How long does a reed diffuser last?

A 4.0 fl oz (120 ml) diffuser typically lasts 3–4 months. Factors such as room temperature, airflow, and humidity may influence how quickly the fragrance evaporates.
Note: The same diffuser may last shorter in a bathroom compared to a living room.

Can hot weather affect my candle during delivery?

During warmer months, candles may soften if exposed to high temperatures. We recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery to preserve the candle’s texture and fragrance quality.

ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States. However, gift boxes containing matches cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or certain U.S. territories due to air-shipping restrictions.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Do made-to-order items take longer to ship?

Yes. If an item is made to order or temporarily out of stock, production may take up to 14–21 days before shipping.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, Aera Aroma Atelier™ is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages, and refunds or replacements cannot be issued for such cases.
If you notice a mistake before your order has been shipped, please contact us immediately at sales@aeraaromaatelier.com — we’ll do our best to correct the address.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
