1. Final Sale Policy

At Aera Aroma Atelier LLC, all products are handcrafted in small batches. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or scent preference;
• Dissatisfaction with fragrance strength, color tone, or aesthetic characteristics inherent to handmade goods;
• Normal variations in color, texture, or finish typical of artisanal products;
• Items that have been used, burned, altered, or damaged after delivery;
• Promotional, discounted, or sale items.

2. Pricing and Promotions

We reserve the right to change prices, offer sales, apply discounts, or run promotional events at any time and without prior notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed or completed. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors or to match a promotional price after an order has been placed.



3. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. We are not liable for loss, delay, or damage occurring during or after delivery. Claims for items damaged in transit must be filed directly with the carrier.



4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or materially damaged due to a manufacturing issue, you must notify us within 72 hours (3 business days) of confirmed delivery, with clear photographic or video evidence, your order number, and proof of delivery timestamp. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value. Refunds are issued only where required by applicable law.



5. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, re-shipment is available at the customer's expense.



6. Promotional and Sale Items

Returns or exchanges of promotional or discounted items are not accepted. Any refund issued for a discounted item will be at the discounted purchase price, not the original retail price.



7. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in cancellation of your account and refusal of future orders. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with full documentation.
